Boutique immigration law firm seeks an experienced immigration paralegal with at least 3 years of knowledge, skills and experience in both EOIR and USCIS cases. Candidate must:
-- be well-versed in handling from start to finish (with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency), the following: I-589, EOIR-42B, I-130, I-485, I-765, N-400, and U Visa;
-- have strong and effective client management skills to achieve results in all of the above;
-- be fluent in Spanish and English and competent to translate and interpret between both languages; and
-- have a strong desire to work in the field of removal defense and family-based immigration, above and beyond any other type of work.
