Double Eagle Law Group is Hiring an Immigration Paralegal Near Orange, CA

We are a law firm searching for a motivated and hard-working individual with experience as an Immigration Paralegal to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Immigration Attorneys for various Immigration requirements.
  • Helping clients in gathering relevant immigration documents.
  • Reviewing and processing Immigration petitions and applications.
  • Communicating the immigration progress to clients.
  • Maintaining and updating immigration files in the database.
  • Addressing any of clients' immigration queries and complaints.
  • Processing Visa applications, waivers and other Immigration applications.
  • Crosschecking and filing important paperwork
  • Analyzing client's background information before undertaking immigration processes.
  • Helping clients in obtaining temporary as well as permanent residence.

Requirements:

  • Complete knowledge of immigration laws and processes.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the Legal industry as an Immigration Paralegal or a similar role.
  • Complete understanding of Visas, Residency, and secondary benefit applications procedures.
  • Familiarity with Immigration database software.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using software such as Microsoft and Google.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Highly motivated and reliable individual.
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

* NOTE: Salary to be discussed based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

  • No travel
