Job Details
- Manage incidents, requests, changes, knowledge, and access rights.
- Provide second-tier support for PCs, peripherals, office apps, and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution per SLAs.
- Handle hardware requests, order coordination, delivery, and collection.
- Support end-users at the IT Service Spot.
- Deploy/return/retire equipment and follow up on defective hardware RMAs.
- Roll out fleet replacements for laptops and desktops.
