Location: Tacoma, WA, 98402Duration: 6 Months
Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Mon-Fri)Job Description:
- Core daily duties will ensure the print device fleet in fully functional by ensuring toner supplies, resolve minor paper jams/break fix
- Escalating and monitoring more complex break/fix issues.
- Facilitate device installs/removals/moves.
- Integrate with partner teams.
- Ensure reporting procedures are complied with.
- Possibly participate in intermediate level hardware training to reduce number of complex escalations.
- 1717 S. J St, Tacoma WA. This will be the CORE LOCATION, but periodic flexibility is required to cover other regional areas ranging from Silverdale to Burien to assist with unplanned absence coverage.
- Candidates have the opportunity to become perm.
- Candidates have the opportunity to become perm.
- Will be walking the grounds considerably and lifting desktop printer devices.
- Will be lifting smaller devices up to 50 lbs., larger devices at times. Assistance is available for the larger devices but will need to be coordinated.
- Candidate will be driving periodic trips to the remote clinics.
- Rough estimate of 20 miles from core location. Free Parking is available.
- Covid vaccination and masking required.
