Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Design: Update detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of construction documents.
• Revisions: Update and revise drawings based on feedback from team members and changes in project scope.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documents.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all drafted documents.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate's degree or certificate in drafting, architecture, or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
