Training Class Starts JUNE 24th

· Pay: $16 - 17 per hour, depending on qualifications. $17 - 18 for Fluent English and Spanish speakers (Bilingual)

This is NOT a work from home job.

Work at your own desk and create your own schedule Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm. No night or weekends required.

As a Collection Specialist, you'll manage your own accounts and assist customer's as you guide them through our payment process. Celebrate the success of your own hard work with an uncapped commission structure!

Skills, Qualifications and Experience for a qualified Collections Specialist:

· Prefer previous call center experience and/or retail, customer service

- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

· Strong computer skills – proficient in Windows

· Excellent verbal communication skills- must have professional phone voice, clear pronunciation/Clear phone voice.

· Good attendance and work ethic

· Ability to type with accuracy and successfully document all accounts.

· Must be customer service focused and be motivated to succeed.

· Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Financial Recovery Services (FRS) is a leading provider of debt collection services for Fortune 500 Consumer Creditors, Finance Companies & Debt Buyers. We offer a competitive base pay plus commissions and bonuses, with two weeks paid training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
