Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and customer service, possess excellent phone etiquette, and be proficient in guest relations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette
- Provide information about services and amenities
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area
- Support housekeeping department as needed

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a hospitality or resort setting is preferred

-Must be proficient with computers
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is fundamental to this position

-Position requires the ability to climb stairs and carry heavy stocking supplies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Morning shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
