Sunset Hills Subaru, The #1 Volume Subaru dealer in the Mid-West is growing and looking for the best of the best to join our team.
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on both new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of both new and pre-owned vehicle sales
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
