Sunrise Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a Bilingual Activities Assistant that is energetic and can assist in various activities in both small and large group settings. As an Activities Assistant within our Long-Term Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities and programs.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 9am-5:30pm (must work every other weekend)

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist the activities director in planning, organizing, and implementing various activities.
• Meet resident needs and interests, taking into account the abilities and physical limitations of each individual resident.
• Participation in the resident's plan of care and documents resident's specific interests and participation.
• Documents attendance at activities.
• Works with volunteer staff to ensure smooth operations of the activity's programs.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Must have proven experience in Activities and or Patient Care
• Must be friendly, reliable and outgoing
