Position SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for orchestrating all digital marketing efforts, encompassing everything from strategic planning to hands-on execution. This individual will create comprehensive digital marketing strategies, tailor content to engage our target audience, and optimize website performance for improved search engine rankings. Paid advertising campaigns and email marketing initiatives fall under this purview, as do social media management and effective budget allocation. This role is heavily data-driven, with a focus on analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
This person will report on campaign performance to sales and senior management, ensuring that digital marketing aligns with broader business objectives. Overall, their role is pivotal in harnessing digital channels to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversions, making data-backed decisions to deliver measurable results that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation through social media and online advertising platforms.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct market and competitive research and identify target audiences to ensure an appropriate marketing approach.
  • Create, launch and measure marketing automation campaigns to nurture a prospects journey in the marketing funnel.
  • Improve efficiency and drive profitability growth through paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
  • Utilize data and KPIs to guide decision-making and continuously optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Spearhead the creation of multi-channel campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring our strategies remain at the forefront.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
  • Portfolio of previous marketing projects.
  • 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry preferably within the HR, insurance industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing software, such as HubSpot.
  • Detailed understanding of social media networks and media marketing methods.
  • Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
  • Ability to work in an abstract, cross-organizational boundary and cross-disciplined manner.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with lead attribution, and tracking through the lead lifecycle from inception to close.
Compensation And Perks
  • Base salary range is around $100,000-$115,000, negotiable and commensurate with experience.
