Description

• Accepting, reviewing, archiving and managing customer service contracts, as necessary.
• Entering work order submission, with accuracy.
• Following WO order set up procedures.
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
• Updates and maintains customer database by entering information with inquires.
• On-boarding and Creating customer profiles for new accounts in CRM.
• Scan contracts into tracking system.
• Enter contract terms into tracking system.
• Meets or exceeds service quality and productivity goals set for the position.
• Researching / Creating customer back up information packets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supporting the sales commissions process by providing relevant reports and audits.

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2-3 years’ experience in maintenance environment.
• Experience commissions calculations and reporting.
• General knowledge of sales process.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Great customer service attitude, communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of people.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Proficiency with Sales Force (CRM)

Salary : $21.98 - $29.30
