- Receive and stock parts, ensuring that they are stored correctly and accurately recorded in inventory management software- CCC One
- Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular inventory checks and identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, including answering questions and providing assistance with selecting the correct parts for repairs
- Assist with ordering and receiving parts, ensuring that they are received in a timely and accurate manner
- Keep the parts department clean and organized, ensuring that parts are easy to locate and access
- Assist with maintaining accurate records of parts sales and returns
- Communicate effectively with other department staff to ensure that parts are available for repairs and that inventory levels are appropriate
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in order to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers and staff
- Accuracy and timeliness of parts receiving and stocking
- Inventory accuracy and management

- A valid Driver’s License
- Maintain a positive driving record
