Overview:

We are seeking a polite, dedicated, professional, and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team at Preventa Family Clinic, PLLC in Sugar Land, Texas. The position will be for an independent contractor receiving a 1099.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications
• Provide patient education on disease prevention and health maintenance
• Collaborate with the supervising physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Qualifications:

• Texas State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care, preferably family medicine
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills in a primary care setting
• Must consent to a background check and random drug screens
