**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a hospitality setting. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit - Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently - Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payment handling - Assist guests with menu inquiries and provide recommendations when needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations **Requirements:** - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with guests - Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions - Knowledge of food service procedures and guest relations practices - Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries Join our team and be part of a dynamic work environment where your dedication to exceptional service is valued.
