FiStaff is Hiring a Member Account Specialist (Collector) Near Sugar, TX
Contact delinquent and negative account balances by phone and mail
Analyze financial situation of delinquent borrowers; make recommendations to repossess collateral when other arrangements to bring loan current are unsuccessful
Document all contacts with detailed notes and reports on collection activity
Prepare reports as assigned
Testify at legal proceedings as needed
Inform management of trends in loan underwriting contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans
Other duties as assigned
RequirementsSix months to one year of similar experience
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
