Description:

This Project Controller will be repsonsible for making sure projects stay on time and on budget. Measuring Percentage of completion vs Profit and Loss. • When needed, oversees and provides support in preparing project pricing calculations and documentations in the Bid and Contract approval phases, ensuring all the major project risk are captured in the project budget or related contingencies. • Ensures accuracy of actuals maintaining Budget/Estimate-At-Completion and overall cost control at the Project level, keeping a constant relationship with the Project Execution team. • Ensures reviews and approval of all major project expenditures. • Monitors and maintains contract funding, estimating cash flow projections; in particular, ensures effective credit collection, coordinating Sales/Project Manager for customers payment reminders and cooperating with Legal Department and Treasury for credit recovery legal procedures. • Ensures risks and opportunities are managed to optimize the project financial targets. • Constantly monitors the project critical path, developing proper tools/KPIs for constant monitoring of project progress and cost/cash variations. • Establishes and maintains project reporting and variance analysis. • Supports the Execution Team in evaluating cost impacts connected with both internal and external changes. • Works together with Regional Financial Controller supporting monthly accounting close process and providing data, analysis, and interpretation of current and future project results. • Has a proactive approach as part of the project team oriented to the fulfillment of the Project and Company objectives, improving overall financial culture among the team.• Estimate revenue and cash-flow forecasts, and POC calculations per IFRS principles, working closely with Project Manager
