Our Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler organizes and prepares work schedules for staff to ensure that all shifts are covered each day.
Coordinates referrals with appropriate services and staff members.
Effectively manage schedules to fairly distribute work hours and keep overtime to a minimum.
Pristine Documentation and administrative clerical support related to department, payroll, time & attendance.

What you should have for us :
Competent PC skills with knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Proficient reading, comprehension, writing & mathematical ability
Good organizational, communication and relationship building skills
Experience creating staff schedules for multiple work groups on multiple shifts in a 24-hour work environment
Staffing Industry Experience and / or previous experience in home care, home health and working with medical personnel and patients preferred.
Friendly, creative, cheerful, energetic, and approachable
