Duties:

- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking merchandise as needed
- Promote sales and upsell products or services when appropriate
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions in a secure manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of electronic products or jewelry sales is a plus
- Technical sales knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
