Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular surveillance of the premises to identify and prevent any potential security breaches or thefts.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and provide support during criminal investigations.
- Implement and enforce loss prevention strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage and financial losses.
- Conduct thorough investigations into any suspected cases of theft or misconduct, documenting findings in detailed reports.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members and management to foster a culture of security awareness.
- Assist in training employees on security protocols and procedures.

Experience:
- Previous experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or a related field is preferred.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or Security Guard License is a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems.
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail.

As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our facility. You will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, conducting investigations, and implementing loss prevention strategies. We are looking for individuals with a background in law enforcement or loss prevention who possess strong conflict management skills.
