Strongsville Smile Keepers is Hiring a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Near Strongsville, OH

Come join our growing team!

We are a one- doctor private practice seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our team. We are in an amazing community and have a beautiful state- of- the – art building in which to practice. We promote work-life balance by offering predictable hours. Full-time hours are 8:30am-6:00pm Monday - Thursday.

Excellent communication skills, thoroughness and adaptability are a must. A radiology license is required. Compensation ranges from $19-$22 per hour based on experience. We offer quarterly incentives and an all-team quarterly bonus.

Requirements:

  • Radiology License
  • CDA/DANB Certification
  • CPR Certified
  • 4 days per week. No weekends.
  • Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures
  • Prepare & sterilize dental instruments and equipment
  • Take digital x-rays
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
  • Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment

Experience & Skills:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred (1 year)
- Knowledge of Dentrix preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
