Lakewood Smiles is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Lakewood, OH

Private Dental Practice in Lakewood is seeking a friendly, professional individual to join our family oriented practice. This is a front office position/financial coordinator. Your role is vital to office productivity. You are the first person our patients see and communicate with on an everyday basis. We are looking for an individual that meets the quality patient experience our office provides!

  • Greeting patients on the phone and in person - engaging, friendly, welcoming, outgoing, caring, passionate about helping and serving others.
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer skills - Ability to navigate websites, upload documents, scheduling within Eaglesoft software, and input patient data.
  • Dealing with insurances, treatment planning, and payments
  • Dental experience is preferred.

Willing to train the right person that loves helping and working with people. Our front office staff is our first impression and we're looking for the perfect personality that radiates positivity. Hands-on training alongside current experienced team members will provide an excellent foundation for a successful transition into our well established, patient-focused office.

Necessary skills include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Basic computer skills

Hours will range from 30 to 40 hours per week and are flexible based on your need. Our current office hours are:

7:15am-3:00pm Monday and Wednesday

7:30am-5:00pm Tuesday and Thursday

7:00am-1:00pm Friday (3/month)
