Hampton Inn & Suites Stillwater West is on the search for Part Front Desk Agents! We are looking for Full Time Front Desk Agents to cover AM shifts, PM shifts, and overnight shifts.
Front Desk Agents of Hampton Inn & Suites Stillwater West are expected to provide our guests with nothing short of purely excellent service throughout their stay. Our Front Desk Agents' responsibilities and job duties include but are not limited to:
-Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Checking guest in.
- Checking guests out.
- Running daily operational reports.
- Assisting guest with reports and/or challenges.
- Following up with guests to ensure excellent service.
- Working closely with Sales for proper coding of reservations.
- Monitoring phone calls for guest reservations. questions, and/or requests.
- Ensuring the hotel lobby is 100% presentable at all times.
- Stocking the hotel Suite Shop for guests to purchase items.
- Cash handling.
- Authorizing credit cards for guests stays.
- Greeting guests in the lobby and/or breakfast area.
