Come join our team! We need an experienced Building Engineer to join our team. The Building Engineer is responsible for providing maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial or residential building. This duties for this role include responding to service calls, implementing preventative measures, troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance of the building equipment.

Requirements for this role include:

• 3 years of experience as a Building Engineer, providing system maintenance and repairs
• In depth knowledge of various HVAC equipment, including electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills for equipment like rooftops, VRF systems, kitchen equipment, control, and automation systems.
• Degree or Certifications in MEP technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Must have superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, or under minimal supervision
