Established in 2002, M&N Plumbing Supply Company is a family-owned and operated wholesale supply company that sells plumbing related materials to the construction industry. We are searching for capable, qualified, and hard-working team members to join us at our Steamboat Springs location.

• Manage the inside sales, outside sales and warehouse functions of its branch to ensure customer needs are met by reviewing employee tasks on a regular basis, shifting work assignments as needed.
• Work with our Purchasing team to source and order items needed.
• Responsible for managing the total order fulfillment process, including establishing order fulfillment processes and work procedures, accuracy of inventory, including cycle counts and physical inventories. Evaluating and improving the warehouse layout and product flow.
• Ensures proper implementation of company policies and procedures, specifically regarding receiving, order filling, inventory control and delivery. Also responsible for facility maintenance, interviewing, recommending hiring, training, developing employees, planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Providing a communication link between corporate personnel and branch personnel.
• Ability to train employees in all functions of warehouse and sales.
• Keeps up to date and educated with market and industry trends as well as assessing the current market to determine potential new products and services.
• Sell company products and services to customers who call in to the branch by talking with customers, gathering information about their needs, assisting customer with technical information about company products, suggesting additional products, and entering the order in the computer system.
• Develops and implements annual branch business and sales plans. Regularly evaluates achievement of sales plans and reports on branch sales and gross profit.
• Works with corporate management to establish an operating budget for the branch and strives to maintain costs within that budget.
• Implements marketing and business plans to develop and grow branch sales as well as recommending specific sales and marketing objectives for branch products.

The compensation for this position contains a base salary & commissions components that is extremely competitive. We pay 95% of the employee's monthly medical premium and 50% of the dependents monthly medical premium in addition to 95% of the employee plus dependents monthly dental premium, 6 Paid Holidays, and provide a matching 401k contribution. There are also opportunities for bonuses.

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 1-2 years related sales and/or customer service.
• Experience and/or training in wholesale distribution preferably in the Plumbing and HVAC industry.
