Stayton Veterinary Hospital is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Stayton, OR

An opportunity to work for a great company with a great culture! Stayton Veterinary Hospital is looking for a friendly, self-motivated, energetic, and driven individual to add to our reception team. The candidate we are looking for must be able to manage multiple duties, meet deadlines, complete detail-oriented work, maintain accurate patient records and documentation, and possesses basic computer knowledge. In addition, they must possess a high level of professionalism both in person and on the phone. Part time and Full Time positions available.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effective scheduling
  • Answering calls
  • Making outbound calls
  • Maintaining electronic health records
  • Greeting clients and patients
  • Collecting payment

This position requires a high level of follow-through and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment. It is the first and last point of contact for patients in our office, customer service skills are critical to this position. One year of experience in the patient scheduling area is preferred however comparable customer service experience may be substituted for qualified candidates. Full-time or Part-time available.
