Hire Resolve US - Executive Personnel Agency is Hiring a Junior Accountant Near Statesboro, GA
Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare bank account reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing and reconciliation
- Pass general ledger entries required to report an accurate set of financial reports
- Perform basic analysis of the budget to actual results based on information received from the client
- Assist with preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform ad-hoc reporting tasks as required
- 0-2 years of accounting experience in a professional firm environment (internships are available)
- Fluency in English (Written and Verbal Skills)
- Good MS Office skills, especially in using Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with proactive, supportive, and positive approach
- Experience working in Government Sector - PLUS
- Familiarity with Quickbooks and Accounting CS - PLUS
