Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced and Qualified Educational Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and fostering the development of children. Duties:
- Implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Manage classroom behavior effectively
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Monitor and assess children's progress
- Manage staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Strong classroom management skills
- Certification in first aid is preferred
- Ability to provide quality preschool care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
