Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to patients of all ages. This is a full-time dentist position with competitive compensation.
Duties:
Full-time, lead dentist should be proficient in all aspects of general dentistry:
- Perform dental procedures such as crowns/bridges, extractions, fillings, and root canals
- Conduct routine dental examinations and treatment plan effectively and efficiently
- As lead dentist, diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
- Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
- As the lead dentist, educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Dentist should be able to collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient care
- Electronic dental record proficiency -- OpenDental
Requirements:
-Dentist should hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license for New York
- Proficiency in using dental office software systems (OpenDental)
- Dentist should have the ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
