Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions in accordance with requirements provided by the business and/or other areas within the IT organization.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software applications using .NET Core (version 6 or higher) and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior developers on a blended team with members from the client.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
- Participate in project status and steering committee meetings, helping to manage the risks and issues to the project.
- Required Microsoft .NET Core Framework (version 6 or Higher), Angular, Entity Framework, Typescript, JS, Bootstrap, RDBMS (SQL Server or Oracle), Rest API, Micro Services, Azure DevOps Pipeline, Adept in Azure/AWS Cloud Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL
- Beneficial: Python
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Required 8-10 years of application development experience with the technologies listed above.
- Strong technical expertise in architecture design, system integration, and software development.
- Must possess a customer relationship building/client-focused, results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to make strategic decisions while considering business implications and priorities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
