Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Counter Person to join our team at Honda of Stamford. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the automotive industry, preferably in parts sales or customer service. While dealership experience is a plus, candidates with experience from auto aftermarket retailers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
  • Utilize computerized inventory systems to locate and track parts availability.
  • Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts requests and support vehicle repairs as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

Qualifications:
