Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

Position: Porter (Apartment Porter)

Location: Rippowam Park Apartments, our 431-unit multifamily community located in Stamford, CT, 06902.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00pm, occasional weekend shifts may apply, 40-hours per week, full-time.

Key Qualifications: Positive attitude, maintenance focused, experienced with grounds, cleaning, pressure washing, snow removal. This position has internal growth opportunities to our Maintenance Team!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications:

• Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
• Experience
  • 1-3 months of related experience preferred
  • Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skills & Certifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License required
