Job Description
- Analyze and reconcile shipping schedules.
- Research and provide live updates on outstanding orders.
- Participate in weekly and monthly transfer and planning meetings.
- Oversee O, S, & D activity.
- Manage Customer Complaints.
- Provide daily updates on Customer Orders, POs, and Transfers.
- Update and publish monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Manage On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) Reporting.
- Work within 3rd Party Databases for daily tracking.
- Initiate inbound loads or stock transfer orders.
- Maintain in-transit records with freight providers and distribution centers (DCs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management is desirable.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
- Strong math skills, high motivation, organization, and detail-orientation, with a mindset for continuous improvement, are required.
