🔍 Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with OSHA, DOT, MSHA, EPA, and NFPA regulations. This includes policy development and ensuring ongoing training and awareness.

• Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and accidents, ensuring proper documentation and evidence preservation. Coordinate medical assistance for injured employees when necessary.

• Inspections & Observations: Perform workplace inspections, identify hazards, and provide guidance on safety compliance to employees and management.

• Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring ongoing compliance and safety awareness.
