Serioplast is looking for an HR Specialist for its plant is St. Louis, Missouri.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

For our plant in St. Louis (Missouri - US) we are looking for an HR Specialistwho, reporting to the HR Manager, will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager in managing all HR activities and processes for the country’s operations in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Support in the recruiting process by posting ads, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, organizing interviews with hiring managers, etc.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including drafting contracts, collecting and archiving documents, updating internal files and tools
  • Support in organizing and recording all training activities, performance evaluation, and development processes
  • Maintain the HR archive, ensuring all data is up to date
  • Support human resource programs by providing human resource services, including staffing, employment processing, training and development, records management, safety and health, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, labor relations
  • Administer employee policies, comply with safety policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of recruiting
  • Good knowledge of the labor law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management
  • 2 years of experience in the HR field, with a focus in recruiting, preferably for manufacturing companies
  • Knowledge of HRIS Systems (ADP preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
