We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide project administrative support for a successful & rapidly growing accounting firm! The ideal candidate will have experience working within an ATS, updating job descriptions, and various HR clerical duties. This contract opportunity is in Downtown St. Louis, MO (paid parking). The position is onsite daily with hours from 8:00am-4:30pm. The contract is open-ended and there is hourly pay of $23.00-$24.00.

Day-to-day activities:

• Provide HR support with basic administrative responsibilities during implementation of the new ATS system.
• Verify data from conversion is accurate and update information within the new ATS as needed.
• Assist with clerical files, database entry, document filing, and other special projects as needed.
