WSIL (Wyoming Services for Independent Living) is seeking a full time Medicaid Waiver Case Manager for our Rock Springs Office.
This position involves working with individuals with a disability to increase their independence through the development, implementation and monitoring of individual plans of care. Knowledge of local resources, the ability to coordinate with other resources and strong time management/organization skills are essential. The position requires travel to meet with clients in their homes.
A degree in a social services related field and work experience providing social services is required.
