We are seeking a full-time On-site Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our team in Sandy Springs, GA. The Personal Injury Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload with a focus on personal injury cases and will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. The attorney will also be responsible for representing clients in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree from a reputable law school
• Active Georgia Bar Membership and in Good Standing
• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury law within a law firm setting
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• The ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Experience managing a caseload and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
• Experience in both litigation and settlement negotiations, as well as familiarity with relevant legal software
