Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels and goals
- Design and implement personalized workout programs based on clients' needs and goals
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout programs as needed
- Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of physical education, physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
- Experience in fitness sales is a plus
- Ability to design effective personal training programs for individuals or groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong motivational skills to inspire clients to reach their goals
- Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote personal training services

The base hourly after tax comes to about $500 a week, but by selling personal training you are eligible for monthly bonuses of up to $6,000 extra a month.
