How You’ll Make an Impact

As our Manager of Technology Operations, you will lead a critical role, overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure and cloud services management. You'll ensure our technology operations run smoothly and efficiently, enhancing our ability to deliver outstanding mobile experiences. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Supervise the technology operations, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage and optimize vendor relationships and contracts for cost-effective reliable service.
• Lead initiatives for cloud services management across platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimized costs.
• Serve as a high-level escalation point for complex IT issues, providing operational excellence.
• Develop and refine operational processes to enhance system stability and user satisfaction.
• Oversee the procurement and lifecycle management of IT hardware and software, ensuring our resources align with the evolving needs of the business and its personnel.
• Engage in key projects such as office relocations and major renovations, coordinating efforts to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.
• Support cloud engineering initiatives, including cloud cost optimization, provisioning, scaling, and monitoring.
• Maintain and update inventory records for all IT equipment, conducting regular checks to ensure accurate records and availability.
• Set up and configure IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.
• Manage ReachMobi’s website, ensuring it is secure, up-to-date and optimized.

What You Need

• 5 years of experience in IT operations management or a related supervisory role.
• Expertise in managing IT infrastructure, cloud services, and vendor relationships.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
