We’re looking for a Program Manager at a young adult male Residential Treatment Program in Idaho Springs, CO. What you’ll do:

The Program Manager is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations of a residential treatment facility and steps in to Director duties when the Director is not present. The Manager is responsible for the quality of services and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, licensing and practices, as well as maintains oversight of the facility, medical and food services and the educational/vocational departments.

To be considered you must meet one of the following:

• Have a BA/BS in related field (master's degree and/or clinical license preferred).
• Have at least six years of supervisory/management experience working with at-risk youth and their families.
• Currently hold a Driver's License.

You must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
