Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Housekeeping Porter with amazing attention to detail and a team player attitude to clean, pick up, and otherwise keep things looking beautiful at the brand new 312-unit apartment community of Marcola Apartment Homes located in Springfield, OR. Amenities at this community include a pool, spa, fitness center, clubhouse, and much more!

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of the property such as common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds as directed by the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor.

The Housekeeping Porter will start as part-time in the position, but the position will transition to full-time during the summer. 

Location: Marcola Apartment Homes (Springfield, OR)

Hourly Rate: $17-$19/hr. (DOE)

Schedule: PT, Thursday-Saturday, 9 AM-6 PM

Weekly Contracted Hours: 24 hrs.

Additional Compensation: Mileage reimbursement and bonuses

Requirements

What you will bring as a Housekeeping Porter (Job Requirements):

• Previous janitorial experience is preferred. 
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for janitorial duties. 
• Must be motivated, efficient, and can follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team.
• The ability to read, write and understand written instructions and labels on cleaning supplies. 
• Available for after-hour emergencies. 
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Laws, and Fair Housing Laws, and refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.
