Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents
- Assist with lead generation activities, including outbound calling and market research
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business development strategies
- Help maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Prepare sales reports and presentations using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
- Support the sales team in negotiating contracts and closing deals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in inside sales or sales support is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
