We are looking for a qualified Service Writer/Advisor to join our Springfield location! We specialize in Golf Cars and Utility Vehicles, our main brand is E-Z-GO Golf Cars, E-Z-GO has an extremely well recognized name and offer a premium, Made in USA product.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their service needs
• Write accurate repair orders based on customer requests and vehicle issues
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Provide estimates for repairs and services
• Assist technicians by pulling parts
• Maintain customer records and follow up on service appointment
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Qualifications:

• Experience in diagnostics, repair, or maintenance
• Knowledge of dealership operations and service processes
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in service writing is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
