Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- provide quality home repair

- proficient in painting, tuck pointing, drywall repair and texturing, electrical, finish woodwork, etc..
- Utilize precision measuring instruments
- Collaborate with other team members to develop a plan to work together and efficiently complete jobs
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
