Team D3 is Hiring an IT Support Specialist 1 Near Springfield, MO

We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist that is passionate about supporting their team with a proactive and thorough customer service approach. Team D3 provides its team members the room to grow and the support and leadership to succeed with great earning potential.
ROLE: IT Support Specialist 1Position SummaryAs an IT Support Specialist, you will focus on supporting Team D3's internal end users and IT infrastructure. This includes supporting devices running Microsoft Windows. Applications supported include the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft 365 services. You will also help maintain physical inventory of IT equipment.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Installation, configuration and support of Windows
  • Microsoft office suite/365 - desktop and cloud
  • Hardware troubleshooting and Installation
  • Proactive End User Support
  • Professional Communication Skills
  • Physical inventory management
  • Other IT tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Business Support - Basic ability to support end users and business with IT tasks. Able to use IT helpdesk system to track work performed, reference information, and create knowledge base articles.
  • Soft Skills - Able to communicate clearly with others at Team D3, both written and orally. Intermediate ability to research a problem, test solutions, and verify resolution. Able to work independently with little supervision.
  • IT Technology Suite - Basic understanding of technology's roles and purpose within a business. Basic understanding of or willingness to learn the technology platforms used within Team D3 including MS Teams, Entra IDAzure AD, Intune endpoint management. Possess an intermediate understanding of client operating systems.
Additional Considerations
  • Scripting - Basic understanding of scripting, including ability to create pseudo-code that is logically sound.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
LOCATION & TERRITORY:
  • Report to the Team D3 office located in Springfield, Missouri
    • Hybrid/remote work available after onboarding period
  • Team D3 will provide the required computer systems and software
  • Accommodation and requirements for Remote-Worker-Exception
    • Manager approval
    • Home address exceeds 50 miles from the closest Team D3 office
    • Dedicated Home Office
    • Quiet location, free from distractions
    • Reliable High-Speed Internet with minimum performance of Download 10 Mbps & Upload 5 Mbps
    • Observe standard hours of operation
    • This is a non-reimbursable expense, consult your tax preparer for potential deductions.
COMPENSATION: Hourly, based on experience
