Inventory Associate

Flora Farms Springfield is looking for a Full Time Inventory Associate. Inventory Associates play a vital role in the dispensary by ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, organized, and can remain efficient and accurate in a high-volume environment. We are looking for a Full-Time employee that can work mainly Monday - Friday 7am-4pm. However, this role does require the candidate to provide open availability including evenings and weekends to support the needs of the business.

Job Duties

· Assist management and inventory team in maintaining strict inventory controls to ensure full, comprehensive regulatory compliance.

· Conduct daily inventory counts of cannabis product on hand.

· Able to pull reporting as directed and identify any differences between expected inventory counts and actual inventory on hand.

· Assist with inventory receiving through preparation, intake, stocking and storage.

· Sort, label, stock and perform inventory audits for all products.

· Comply with all security measures and quality standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

· Operate POS system with accuracy.

· Have a comprehensive knowledge of all products, the cannabis industry, and of any relevant cannabis-related subject matter.

· Demonstrate effective and positive communication with Budtenders regarding order processing, fulfillment, and product readiness.

· Maintain and contribute to a positive and welcoming environment.

· Act as a team player assisting with overall store responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications

· Must be 21 or older to apply.

· High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.

· Able to pass a Federal Background check

· Must be able to obtain a Missouri Agent ID through the Division of Cannabis Regulation

· Able to provide open availability but work mostly mornings/ day shifts.

· Familiar with inventory management systems and MS Excel.

· Demonstrates great attention to details and comfortable with repetitive job duties

· Able to stand for long periods of time, go up and down stairs multiple times per day and lift up to 30 lbs.

· Previous experience in retail or warehouse environment preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
