Residential Supervisors work in our therapeutic residential group homes, overseeing staff, creating and maintaining schedules for adequate staff coverage and ensuring desired performance, maintaining site compliance, participating in creating / implementing and monitoring client treatment plans.

Requirements include the following :

• Must have broad knowledge of non-profit administration and child protective systems
• Valid / active driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Position requires approved CORI, DCF and driving record checks.
