National Ambulance wants you to be a part of our rapidly growing family oriented company that provides emergency and non-emergency ambulance & handicap van services to Greater Springfield.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual that is willing to work in our state of the art operations center.
Incumbents are responsible for a wide variety of operation center activities; including receiving emergency and non-emergency requests for ambulance service, transmitting orders to suitable response units and completing administrative duties all while maintaining a sense of urgency in a fast pace office setting.
Responsibilities :
- Consistently multi-tasking
- Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Resource management
- Working independently without direct supervision to accomplish goals
- Scheduling & quality control
The ideal candidate will have :
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- The ability to type at least 40 wpm
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- A positive attitude
- The ability to work in a team
- Willingness for continual learning
