We are currently accepting resumes for a Structural Designer to work in support of our expanding utility consulting services business. Responsibilities:

• Design and Drafting: Create detailed structural designs and drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards through accurate calculations.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with engineers, project managers, and field personnel to gather requirements, integrate feedback, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Documentation and Quality Control: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specs and construction drawings, and review plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Software Utilization and Improvement: Use AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and other tools for efficient design, staying updated on industry trends and software advancements to enhance practices.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Associate’s degree in Structural or Electrical Engineering is preferred with 1 to 3 years of experience in structural design.
• Technical and Organizational Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural analysis software, GIS concepts, and software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe, along with strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
