Since 1946, Capitol Group has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products in Illinois and Missouri.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring customers have a positive online experience by continually adding to, updating, and maintaining product information on our e-commerce site. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our e-commerce database

- Verify data accuracy and completeness

- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness

- Identify and resolve data discrepancies

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent with some experience working where details are important.

- Editing software (Photoshop) experience would be beneficial.
